The OneBook Club

Event Discription: Join Pastor Luke for "The OneBook Club." The first book of study will be "For the Body" by Timothy C. Tennent. This book and study will focus on what an amazing gift the human body is and what it means to be made in the image of God. We will cover topics of marriage, family, singleness, and friendship, and the ways our view of the body may be influenced by art and media today. God gave us bodies to illuminate His purposes. Prior to the first meeting on January 26th, please read chapters 1 & 2.

Weekday School

Sunday Night Live

Event Discription: Our middle and high school youth are meeting again on Sunday nights. We provide the youth a comfortable space to fellowship and worship together. Appropriate safety measures will take place to ensure the health and well-being of all students and leaders involved. Join us on Sundays from 6:00-7:30pm for games, worship, and Bible study.

Our fall series is entitled Defined: Living in Light of our Gospel Identity. How would you define yourself? We live in a world that is constantly trying to define us based on achievement, appearance, or popularity. Many of us struggle under the force of these lies, and we end up believing false perceptions of ourselves. And now, more than ever, many of our social labels have been stripped away so we’re left feeling confused and empty. But thankfully, Scripture reminds us we are more than any definition society may give us. The good news is that Christ alone defines our identity! In this series, the youth will be challenged to reconsider who they really are in light of who God really is.

When: Sunday Nights from 6-7:30pm

Where: Cockrell Hall & The Basement

Registration: Youth PAC | Pathfinders

Study Hall

Youth Study Hall

Event Discription: One of the goals of our youth ministry is for the students to live in community with one another. In light of many local schools engaging in remote learning, we plan to open a Study Hall for both Youth Pac and Pathfinders. The church will be open to our youth from 8am-3pm every Tuesday and Thursday as a place to complete various schoolwork and fellowship with other students. If, for a select period of time, students are in need of a quiet place with no distractions, we will have “study rooms” available in the church upon request.

We hope the youth will join us weekly for study, games, and sweet fellowship. Light snacks will be provided but we ask for the youth to bring their own packed lunch. Feel free to stay all day or come and go as you wish - we are here to work with your schedule! We are continuing to be flexible and will tend to varying needs as they arise.

We are looking for loving and responsible adults to be with our youth during these times. If you are interested and available to volunteer with this ministry, or if you want more information, please contact Kaitlyn.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8am-3pm

Where: The Basement
