Worship Support
As a church family, we strive not only to worship together -- but to work together in creating a welcoming environment in which to worship. We offer the following worship support opportunities. Become more involved in worship by volunteering in one of the following ways.
- Greeters - welcoming worshippers into the house of the Lord.
- Ushers - directing worshippers before, after and during service.
- Acolytes - children 1st grade and up to bring the 'light of God' into the service.
- Chancel Choir - leading the congregation and presenting the anthem during the 11:00 service.
- Rockfish - offering praise and worship music during the 8:30 service
- Nursery - caring for infants and toddlers during worship services.
- Children's Church - offering a message for children, ages 3 through 3rd grade, during the 8:30 and 11:00 service.
- Audio/Video team - provide audio and video support during the 8:30 and/or 11:00 worship services.
- Announcement/Scripture team - welcome worshippers to the service, announce upcoming events and provide the scripture reading during the 8:30 and/or 11:00 services.
